Happy Holi to you too! and heartiest congratulations on setting up and sharing this wonderful blog with us. It is true that our language which is so rich, seems to be unfortunately fading away from our American homes, but then it makes me very happy to see sites such as the one you have created — which will help keep Gujarati alive.
I have recently started writing and have written a couple of small poems — if at all you feel that there is room for sharing those words on your blog, do let me know and I will send it your way to share it with others.

Dear Pragnaben,
I will recite “Dikri mari ladakwayi”. The song is more than 7 minutes long including the music. I will probably, only narrate it without elaborating on the poet’s deep feelings or feelings of us who have enjoyed parenthood. I will practice to speed it up.

Dear Daglo Pariwar,
Thanks to you all that someone like me gets an opportunity to participate in an endeavor to promote our heritage. Actually, I was restlesss since February for not knowing when the next program from Daglo is. I would not miss DAGLO program for any other program.
Yesterday, I was inspired to create something from the literature of Dhoomketu. My first thought is to write a play. How long will I take, I do not know. To present a drama to an American public will be a greater challenge, as today we are struggling to even pay rent for the facility.

First of all, thank you for warm welcome to Daglo family and adding me in the mail thread.
It was my first event appearance in Daglo so it is and will always be special event for me. But unfortunately my husband could not take my pics so in case if you my pics then it would be great if you can send me the same. It would be great if you can share some pictures of the event.
Also, as we talked yesterday, please let me know if I can be of any help in promoting Gujarati literature.
